As head of digital for Oracle EMEA, Neil Sholay is responsible for go-to-market strategy and thought leadership for Oracle in the digital marketplace. His responsibilities include supporting Oracle EMEA’s strategic customers who are undergoing digital transformation. Sholay also focuses on the growth areas of social, mobile, private and public cloud, big data, the Internet of Things, and customer experience. With more than 15 years of IT experience, he is frequently asked to speak on these topics.
Sholay’s primary focus is market and business development, which includes identifying new technology trends and developments and working closely with field sales and marketing to support Oracle’s strategic customers.
Sholay holds a BA degree in business management from the London Institute.
